.....how Thiruppavai can be grouped in to 6 sets of five (5x5 + 5) by our Acharyas?
Per the saying of Nammazwar,
Andal approaches Lord in this order:
1) Vedham vallargal (First to Third fives): To experience along with other Srivaishnavites.

“வேதம் வல்லார்களை கொண்டு விண்ணோர் பெருமான் திருப்பாதம் பணிந்து”

Andal approaches Lord in this order:
1) Vedham vallargal (First to Third fives): To experience along with other Srivaishnavites.
First Five: The ways/steps to perform Nonbhu are described. (Avatarikai - Introduction).
Second Five: Maidens, who have recently fallen in love with the Krishna are awakened.
Third Five: Those, who are deeply in love with Krishna for a long time and born in great kulam (prapanna kulam - those who Surrendered to the feet of Lord) are awakened.
2) Vinnorgal (Fourth five): Waking up Acharyas .
Fourth Five: Andal approaches Krishna by awakening
3) Perumaan thiruppaatham paninthu (Fifth and Sixth fives): Performs “Saranaagathi” to HIS holy feet.

- Dhwara Paalakas (in the place of Acharyan),
- Nandagopalan (Acharyan who stands in the form of Father)
- Yasodha (Manthram in the role of Mother)
- Balarama
- Nappinnai (NeeLaa Devi)
3) Perumaan thiruppaatham paninthu (Fifth and Sixth fives): Performs “Saranaagathi” to HIS holy feet.
Fifth Five: The Maidens prepare Krishna to a state in which He can listen to their appeal.
Sixth Five: Krishna is ready and the Gopis reveal the purpose of their visit and pray for the boons of eternal kaimkaryam (service).
