Ingredients:
Milk : 1 litre
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Elachi
Grated Badam or any other nuts of your choice
Method:
Milk : 1 litre

Method:
- Boil the milk in a low flame.
- After approximately 1/2 hour, you will start getting cream on top of the milk.
- Take that out and keep in a bowl. Keep boiling the milk. Collect the cream settling on top every time.
- After may be 2 hours, add the sugar in the remaining thick milk.
- Once it is dissolved add the collected cream kept in the bowl to the milk, mix well.
- Switch off the gas.
- Add Elachi and grated Badam on top.
