Ingredients:
Rice : 2 spoons
Milk : 1/2 litre
Sugar : 8 - 10 spoons
Elachi
Cashew nuts
Edible camphor
May use Milk maid (3/4 of the can) instead of sugar.
Method: Pressure cook rice and milk. After first whistle, lower the heat and keep it for 20 minutes. Take it out, add sugar or milkmaid (if you are using milkmaid avoid sugar). Boil for 3 minutes. Add elachi, fried cashew nuts, edible camphor. Add 1/2 pinch of kesari powder if you want to get colour. Serve hot or cold.
