So this Margazhi 2010, we decided to do something useful and the result is this blog about "Sri Godha/Sri Andal". If you have 20 minutes, read the entire blog, if you have 10 minutes read only "today's post", if you have 5 minutes just browse the blog, if you have 1 minute, refer this blog to your friends. You never know, they might have that "20 minutes" in store.
Reading meaning of Godha Sthuthi 5 and today's Paasuram , music with Veena seems to be an excellent combination. Where are those veenas these days? I haven't heard anybody saying my kids are learning Veena.
ReplyDeleteIt has become guitar, violin, mandolin, key board etc., etc., looks like we all want life to be much easier,faster and lighter, is it not?
Perhaps, if any kid wants to learn veena we should really encourage them and support them throughout.
