Avial - for 2 people
Ingredients:
Coconut oil, Jeera, Curry leaves
Method:
Ingredients:
- Carrot, Seppan kizhangu, White Pumpkin, Avaraikkai, Beans, - All these cut in the same shapes (more or less) - 2 cups
- Thick Curd : 3 cups
- Salt : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder
- Coconut - Shredded : 5 spoons
- Green Chilli : 3
- Jeera : 1 tsp
- Aesofotida

Method:
- Cook all the vegetables with little water in the stove top, not in the pressure cooker. Add some salt, Aesofotida and Turmeric powder. Keep aside.
- Then Grind Coconut, Green Chilli, Jeera into a fine paste.
- Add the paste in the cooked vegetables.
- Let it boil for sometime - 5 mts
- Switch off the gas, let it cool for sometime, then add the thick curd.
- For seasoning, add coconut oil in a kadai, fry jeera, add curry leaves. Mix in avail. The tasty avial is now ready to eat.
