Day 14 Recipe - Coconut Milk Payasam

Ingredients:

Coconut Milk : 1 cup
Jaggery : 1/4 cup
Elachi

Method:
  • Grind the coconut and extract the thick milk. Keep it aside.
  • With the remaining coconut add some water, again grind it, you will get a thin milk. Keep it aside.
  • In the jaggery add little water, filter it.
  • Add this jaggery water to the thin coconut milk.
  • Allow it to boil for 5 to 8 minutes in a medium flame.
  • Remove from the stove, add the thick coconut milk and elachi.
