Ingredients:
Milk Powder : 1 cup
Maida flour : 1/2 cup
Cashew Powder : 1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder : 4 spoons (for color and flavor)
Sugar : 2 cups
Butter : 50 gms
Method:

Method:
- Roast the Maida flour in ghee for 2 mts in a low flame. Let it cool.
- Mix Cocoa powder, Cashew powder, Milk Powder and Maida well. Keep aside.
- In a pan, add some water to sugar and start preparing the syrup in a medium flame.
- When it starts boiling add the butter and allow it to boil for 5 more minutes.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients to the sugar syrup and stir till you get a cake consistency (approximately 10 minutes)
