Day 18 Recipe - Thengai Aval

Ingredients:

Poha (Aval) : 1/2 cup
Coconut grated : 3/4 cup
Sugar : 1/4 cup
Milk : 2 tsp
Elachi

Method:

Wash the Poha (aval) with water well. Drain it completely. Keep it aside.
Then mix all the other ingredients well in a bowl.
Add the washed aval to it. Without cooking you get a very healthy delicious dish. Enjoy!
