Day 10 Recipe - Seven Cup Cake

Ingredients:

Gram Dhall : 1 cup
Cashew Powder : 1 cup
Milk : 1 cup
Sugar : 3 cups
Ghee : 1 cup (may need more)

Method:
  • Powder the cashew and keep it aside
  • Fry the Gram Dhall in a little ghee to get rid of the raw smell, keep it aside
  • In a big pan, add milk, gram dhall, cashew powder, sugar and little ghee mix well
  • Start cooking in the stove top, add ghee in between whenever necessary till you get a cake consistency.
  • In a big plate, spread ghee and pour the cake mix. After sometime, make pieces.
(Variation: You may also use coconut instead of cashews)
