Ingredients:(measure for 2 people)
Broken wheat : 1 cup Water : 1 3/4 cup Sugar : 1 1/4 cup Ghee : 1/2 cup Crushed Elachi : 2 pinches Cashewnut : as desired Kesari Powder : pinch Pachai karpooram : pinch Salt : 1/2 a pinch ( sweet enhancer) Cook the broken wheat with water in the pressure cooker (as you do for rice). Take it out. In a kadai, fry cashews in ghee, remove it and keep it aside. Then mix the cooked wheat with sugar. Add some kesari powder, elaichi and salt. When the mixture stop sticking to the sides, switch off the gas. Remove from the heat and add the fried cashew nuts and pachai karpooram(edible camphor). Add more ghee if you want. Adding more and more ghee will enhance the taste.
