.....why Andal along with Madurakavi Azwar are represented separately (in most of Azwar sannathis) from 10 other azwars?
While all other azwars stood in the first step of “Perumal Bhakthi”, Madurakavi azwar and Andal are one step ahead representing “Acharya bhakthi”. Nammazwar was considered as the onlyu God by Madurakavi azwar. “நம்மாழ்வாரே அல்லால் வேறோர் தெய்வம் இல்லை” Similarly, Andal fell in love with Krishna only because HER acharyan, Periyazwar showed Krishna to HER and followed every path he showed to reach Krishna, which were to sing HIS praises and to offer HIM flowers. “பெரியாழ்வார் காட்டிக்கொடுத்ததாலேயே கண்ணனை சேவித்தாள்”. So they both have a special place amongst the 12 Azwars.
