Day 26 Recipe - Rava Laddu

Ingredients:

Rava (Roasted) : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Elachi
Ghee : 3 - 4 spoons
Edible Camphor
Cashewnuts

Method:
  • Roast the rava well in pan with little ghee in a low flame till you get a light pink color and good smell.
  • Allow it to cool and grind it in the mixie well. The powder should be soft. Sieve it if necessary.
  • Powder the sugar also.
  • Now mix the rava and sugar in a bowl. Fry the cashew in 3 spoons of ghee and add.
  • Add elachi, edible camphor and mix everything well. Make balls. The ghee used to fry the cashew is enough to make balls. If you feel that is not enough, add little bit more melted ghee. (You may also sprinkle milk to make good balls)
