Green moong dhaal : 1 cup
Rice : 1/4 cup
Idli rice : 1/4 cup
Ginger : 2'' ginger (more can be added per taste)
Green chillies : 3 (more can be added per taste)
Cilantro leaves : 1/2 cup
Method:
- Soak green moong dhal overnight.
- Mix Rice and Idli rice and keep in the fridge for 2 hours prior to grinding.
- Grind all the ingredients in Mixie or Grinder (preferable) to the consistency of dosa batter.
- Add salt and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Then start making Dosas (can be made crispier with a little more oil on the edges).
Note : This is an healthy alternative to traditional Dosas. Tomato chutney goes well with pesarattu.
