Meaning:

In the last Paasuram, Aandal requested the door to be opened by the Gate Keeper. In this Paasuram, Aandal follows the footsteps of Poorvacharyas in taking the recommendation (Purushakaaram) of those who have understood Vedhas thoroughly, in their attempt to get hold of His Lotus Feet. Like for Dhwaya Nishtar (Those who believe in Dhwyam), Guruparamparai is the path to get to the Lotus Feet of Perumal.

The Gopikas along with Aandal, enters the first room where Shri Nandhagopan is sleeping. They sing the praise of Shri Nandhagopan in an attempt to wake him up. Nandhagopan is one such leader, who understands the needs of those who come to him expecting help. To those who need food, he gives food, to those who need dresses he gives them and to those who need water he gives them. He gives everyone whatever they need and Gopikas have come to him now asking for Shri Krishna. They tell him, "Hey, the one who gives everyone whatever they want!! Please give us the one; by getting this one, we will get anything that we want; the one and only Shri Krishna. Thus they wake him up (emberuman nandhagopala eazhundhirai/எம்பெருமான் நந்தகோபால எழுந்திராய்) and enter the next room where Yasodhai is sleeping.

Here our Poorvacharyas ask a question and answer that as well for us. While it is right to first wake Yasodha, a female, and then through her get done what they came for through Nandhagopan, why did they do it the other way? Why did they first wake up Nandhagopan and then waking up Yasodha?

Nandhagopan, being a caring father, "koorvel kodunthozhilan/கூர்வேல் கொடுந்தொழிலன்" always is alert in protecting Shri Krishna from danger. And so he is sleeping first in the first room. Yasodha, being a mother with Vaathsalyam was sleeping in the next with care and love to Shri Krishna, and hence the Gopikas are doing it the way they see them sleeping is the explanation of our Poorvacharyas.

Also here our Poorvacharyas convey an important Sri Vaishnava belief. According to Shri Vaishnava belief, only through Piratti, as Purushakaram (recommendation) one can attain Moksha.

barthavinudaya padukkaiyaiyum, prajayinudaya thottilayum vidaadhe irukkum maathaavaipole, pradhama charama padhangalai vidaadhe irukkum iruppu - (42) mumukshupadi
sri nandhagoparaiyum krishnanayum vidaadha yasoodhai piraattiyai pole - (43) mumukshupadi

Aandal explains this concept of Pranavam here through this.

Hey Matha. Please wake up!! Is it right for you to be sleeping at this hour!! Arent you the lamp which has brought in the light by giving birth to Sriman Narayanan himself as Shri Krishna!! Please wake up! You being a female, will be able to understand the feelings of Gopikas. Please wake up!!

After waking up both Nandhagopan and Yasodhai, the gopikas get to the next room where Shri Krishna is sleeping. Here they praise His glory when He took Vamana Avatar, and when He placed His Lotus Feet, which gave everyone Moksha, on one and all without any discremination, and while doing so, also measured and proved everyone that He is the Supreme God, by growing tall and measuring all the worlds.

By doing such unimaginable thing, you have proved that you are the King of all the Kings (umbarkoomaane/உம்பர்கோமானே), and hey such a Supreme God, please wake up. (urangaadhezhundhiraai/உரங்காதெழுந்திராய்). When you have blessed everyone, whether they had faith in you or not, whether they loved you or not, whether they believed in you or not, during your Vamana Avathar, cant you bless us Gopikas, who are here with the one and only intent of being with you (ananyaprayojanar/அனன்யப்ரயோஜனர், - those who do not wish to have anything else but the lotus feet of Shri Krishna. Please wake up!!

While Shri Krishna wanted to wake up he realized that the Gopikas missed the procedure and did not wake His elder brother up, and if He wakes up, he will be party to the mistake. Realizing this He acted as if He is sleeping.

As the Gopikas realized that they missed to wake up Balarama, they are attempting to do so now. Hey Balarama!! During Rama Avatar, you were born after Shri Rama as Shri Lakshmana and did all Kainkaryams to Rama and Sita. You never slept a single minute and was always at the service of them all the time. You are born here ahead of Shri Krishna and are here to do the same for your younger brother. Is it right that you sleep like this, as it is against your Swaroopa?!! Arent you the incarnation of Aadhishesha, whos Swaroopa is to do Kainkaryam to Sriman Narayana?! In this avatar, isnt it your duty to ensure that Shri Krishna mingles with the Gopikas, as in Rama Avatar, Rama was with Sita?!!

While we know that those who lie in the bed sleep, we never have seen a bed sleeping?! Arent you the bed, Aadhisesha!? Please wake up and also wake up Shri Krishna, so we are blessed by Him.

Sampradhaya Meaning:
In this Paasuram, through the words, Nandhagopar, Yasodhai, Kannan, Balaraman, we are explained the Sri Vaishnava Sampradhaya viz., Aacharyan, Thirumanthram, Thirumanthraartham, Thirumanthraartha Saaram.
Aacharyan - Ambarame, Thanneere, Sooree are respectively, Aakasha, Vraja Nadhi and Shri Vaikuntam. Acharyan is Nandhagopalan who enlightenes us about these
Kombanaarkellam kozhundhe kulavilakke - While in the Paasuram this refers to Yasodha, who is the mother of Sriman Narayana, it relates to Thirumanthram.
Umbarkoomaane - By explaining Vamana Avatara, Aandal explains that Sriman Narayana is SarvaVyapi (all pervasive)
Selva Baladheva - Bhagavadha Samslesham is explained as the Saaram( juice) of Thirumanthram here
