Ingredients: for 2 people
Rice               : 1 cup
To Grind:
- Puli : small lemon size
 - Dhania : 2 tsp
 - Red Chilli : 6
 - Fenugreek (Vendhayam) : 3/4 tsp
 - Aesofotida, Salt
 
Seasoning:
Gingelly oil, Mustard seeds, Urad dhall, Gram dhall, Red chillies, Curry leaves, Aesofotida, Turmeric Powder
Method:
- Fry all the above items in little oil till you get a good flavour. Grind it into powder.
 - Cook rice with 1: 2 1/2 water in the pressure cooker, keep it aside. Let it cool for sometime
 - Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder in the cooked rice with some gingelly oil. Mix well
 - Add salt and the powder to it , mix it well.
 - In a pan, add gingelly oil, fry, mustard seeds, urad dhall, gram dhall, red chilli, curry leaves, aesofotida, add to the rice.
